Long Answer: Yes, Khan Academy is good for learning the basics of Calculus but if you truly want to learn Calculus at a fundamental level, I’d suggest watching MIT OCW videos of Calculus (particularly 18.01) and read the 18.014 notes, seeing as they’re phenome. Professor Gross was so interested in teaching numeracy, in fact, that in '73, according to his wikipedia page, he left MIT to direct the mathematics department at Bunker Hill Community College, were he taught for the rest of his career. Here is a playlist for his " gateways to Algebra" course: Business 110: Business Math has been evaluated and recommended for 3 semester hours and may be transferred to over 2,000 colleges and universities. (If you need further convincing of the genius of his conceptual approach, read the comments for these MIT opencourseware calc videos !) You can get these courses for free for one week by signing up for the Premium access. Those 3 courses go into tons of detail about everything calculus related that you’ll need to understand for Exam P. ![]() I have to say his conceptual explanation of calculus, as seen here in these timeless videos (available thanks to MIT's opencourseware), was the only time I have felt interested in calc with what I think i can actually say was something approaching rapt attention. Khan Academy is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization with the mission of providing a free, world-class education for anyone, anywhere. There are several calculus courses here, but I recommend the Calculus I, II, and III by Math Fortress. you can watch his tedx talk on the importance of teaching " Numeracy" titled " Have you Ever Seen a Number?" here. ![]()
